Andy Limbaugh

Andy Limbaugh, a Missouri native, has spent a lifetime of involvement in the U.S. political process including participation in campaigns for public office, public policy advocacy and legislative affairs on the local, state and federal levels. He was part of the successful 1982 re-election campaign of the Hon. William (Bill) Emerson, (R-MO) and subsequently served in the 8th District’s D.C. office. He has additional Federal government experience in the following areas; natural disaster case management with FEMA, establishing GSA schedules for private business, and as a registered lobbyist representing a Missouri-based renewable energy start-up.

As an entrepreneur and business-start up and strategy consultant, Limbaugh has been integral in the development, implementation and execution of existing and start-up businesses since 2001. Business sectors include physical structure integration of video security/access control systems, renewable energy, web-based communications platforms, healthcare access, heath, wellness and fitness, higher education and public policy. In 2018, he started Citizen Response Corps (CRC), a company designed specifically to train citizens in treating bleeding trauma accident victims at the scene of the accident. In addition, Andy is President of ZBones Headphones, co-founded along with Gary Kellmann and Jeff Wade.


Andy’s volunteer time is spent as a mentor within the greater St. Louis entrepreneur and business start-up community including the Ameren Accelerator Program and as an active participant within the Cortex Innovation Community. In addition to mentoring, he is a member of the board of the following entities:

•  The Missouri 100 (providing consult to the University of Missouri System President)

•  The University of Missouri-Columbia College of Arts & Science Strategic Development Board

•  Founding Mentor - MIZZOU VMS (Venture Mentoring Service), mentoring university-related business start-ups.

Andy attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where he was a member of the football team and is a member of the Zeta Phi (Missouri) chapter of Beta Theta Pi. He holds a BS degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Mass Communications from Southeast Missouri State University. In his spare time, he enjoys distance running, weight-training, golf, St. Louis Cardinals baseball and Missouri Tigers football.
